1. Commitment
StringPitch aims to make its website, account, checkout information and core music-practice controls usable with keyboard navigation, clear labels, visible focus, scalable text and assistive technologies. Music notation, tuner graphics and real-time audio visualizations create specialist accessibility challenges, so equivalent textual controls and status information are added where practicable.
2. Current measures
- Semantic headings, labels and landmarks on the website and main account forms.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls with visible focus states.
- Text alternatives or accessible names for functional icons.
- Non-microphone input alternatives in relevant exercises.
- Accessible error, status and confirmation messages for account and billing actions.
3. Known limitations
Some advanced notation, animated tuner, strobe and graph views may be difficult to interpret without vision or may require fine audio perception. Browser, operating-system and microphone behavior can also affect accessibility. We continue to test these areas and prioritize functional alternatives rather than claiming complete conformance that has not been independently audited.
4. Feedback and assistance
If a barrier prevents you from using StringPitch or completing an account, cancellation or withdrawal action, email support@stringpitch.app. Describe the page, device/browser, assistive technology and task. We will provide a reasonable alternative where possible and prioritize barriers affecting contracts, payments or privacy rights.
