Open the app over HTTPS, allow microphone access for stringpitch.app, select the correct device in Settings, close other applications using that microphone and reload. The microphone-level meter and adjustable gate help diagnose quiet or noisy inputs.
In Play a Note, use the input-mode control to switch to twelve note buttons or a virtual fretboard. The tuner and microphone-scored modes still require a suitable audio input for live detection.
Modern browsers require a click or tap before audio starts. Interact with the app once, check the site’s audio permission and then use replay, strum or reference-tone controls. Opening the app in its own tab is more reliable than the embedded frame.
A registered user receives five hours of active gameplay across Pitch a String, String Intervals and Play a Note. Menus, Settings, Statistics, Subscription, Tuner and Chord Builder do not consume that time. Easy Pitch a String, Tuner and Chord Builder remain usable after the trial.
The plans offer final tax-inclusive consumer prices of €2 monthly, €20 yearly and €50 lifetime access, with the active trial discount shown before purchase. Selecting a plan only opens Stripe Checkout; payment is made only after the order is reviewed and confirmed in Stripe. Monthly and yearly access renew until canceled. A card issuer may still charge separately for currency conversion.
To end your subscription, open Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Where StringPitch’s billing records confirm that a statutory withdrawal right is still available, the dialog offers the separate Withdraw from the contract action.
Use Delete account in Account/Profile or follow the Data Deletion instructions. The deletion dialog links recurring subscribers to Subscription first. Permanent deletion is blocked until trusted billing records confirm that the next renewal is canceled or the recurring contract has otherwise ended; deleting the account never substitutes for a withdrawal statement.
